Craft House Delivery Terms for Homes and Accessories

1. The delivery of all products – modular homes, mobile homes, and accessories – is carried out by the Seller.
2. The place of delivery is designated by the Orderer.
3. Mobile homes, modular homes, and accessories are delivered to the Customer by land, using road transport vehicles.
4. A prerequisite for delivery to the location indicated by the Customer is road accessibility for vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes in the case of mobile homes and accessories, and up to 40 tonnes in the case of modular homes.
5. Delivery of Goods to the Customer is subject to a fee. Delivery costs are indicated to the Customer during the purchasing process and are added to the invoice.
