How much does a mobile home cost?

How big is the structure?
We usually build our houses on a 2.55 x 7 m trailer, and their area depends on the model you choose. We offer options with two or one mezzanine, which can be used for storage or as a bedroom.
What does a standard Tiny House look like?
Due to the individual needs of each customer, it is difficult to talk about a standard house - they all differ from each other. However, many elements are repeated:
- House construction - made of certified C24 structural timber from selected coniferous trees, dried in chambers to 12% humidity. The base of the structure is made of OSB board - light and load-resistant, which allows the Tiny House to remain within the weight limit for road traffic.
- Roof - covered with panel sheet metal with special embossing. It does not warp under the influence of temperature, which eliminates the risk of unsightly bulges and deformation noises.
- Windows - aluminium, PVC, tilt and turn, sliding or skylights. The glass can be tinted or mirrored. We also offer awnings and internal or external blinds.
- Installations - electrical (sockets, lighting), plumbing (kitchen - sink; bathroom - washbasin, shower, water heater, water tank), sewage system (toilet, drains, toilet cartridge).
- Kitchenette - custom-made furniture in any configuration, made of high-quality MDF, equipped with custom-ordered appliances (hob, refrigerator, washing machine, oven).
- Steel trailer frame with zinc coating - based on trailers from the renowned Syma company, equipped with all necessary safety features and an easy-to-use car hitch. They are lightweight, durable and rust-resistant. They are approved, which allows them to be moved freely. If you need a mobile home without approval, we will help you transport it to the indicated location.
How can I personalise my cabin?
The choice and size of windows, types and colours of furniture, finishing touches – it's all up to you. What other elements are worth considering?
- Photovoltaics – it is possible to install photovoltaic panels, especially if the cabin will be located in an area with limited access to the electricity grid.
- Facade – for aesthetic and maintenance reasons, we recommend anthracite or wood-effect sheet metal panels. If, like us, you value nature, we recommend wood for walls, ceilings and finishing elements, either painted or simply treated with impregnation.

Modular houses
Do I need a permit for a cottage?
No. Cottages do not require permits. All you need to do is notify the relevant authority.
What kind of foundation is needed?
You do not need to plan on pouring foundations. Concrete blocks can be used as the base for the cottages.
Are the cottages delivered ready to move in?
We sell the cottages with all installations in place: electrical, water, sewage and heating. The walls, ceiling and floor are completely finished. On request, we can furnish the cottages ready to move in, fully furnished.
