Year-Round Modular Homes
Our ready-made modular homes provide a comfortable space where you can spend time regardless of the season. The structure is built from certified wood derived from selected coniferous trees. The homes are perfectly insulated using PUR foam and additional Aluthermo Quatro insulation foil. Furthermore, they feature triple-glazed windows, internal facades made of Thermo Pine, underfloor heating, and air conditioning.
Craft House modular homes excel as both permanent residences and summer houses, not only due to their construction but also because they can be fully connected to electrical, hydraulic, and sewage systems. Modular Homes Without a Building Permit
If you are interested in year-round modular homes up to 70 m², this is the best place to find them. We build turnkey modular homes that do not require a full building permit, only a formal notification (zgłoszenie). We provide all the documents needed to start this process.
Importantly, we are very flexible and adapt to your individual requirements. By design, our structures are single-story modular homes with either a gable or mono-pitched roof, accommodating a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom. However, we are very open to any suggestions and modifications, as well as expanding the offer with elements such as a fireplace, terrace, photovoltaic panels, window blinds, and other features you care about.
Year-Round Mobile Homes
The year-round mobile homes we create, much like our modular homes, are made from the highest quality materials, possess proper insulation, and have the capability to be connected to electrical and hydraulic systems.
As the name suggests, year-round mobile homes can be moved. They fit on a SYMA trailer – a galvanized steel frame – and meet all road traffic regulations.
Fully Equipped Mobile Homes
Our ready-made mobile homes come standard with a fully equipped kitchen (sink, oven, induction hob, fridge), bathroom (shower, washing machine, electric water heater, sink, radiator), and a room equipped with storage and furniture. The package also includes underfloor heating and air conditioning.
We maintain full flexibility regarding both space and equipment. At your request, we most often retrofit mobile homes with additional furniture, a dishwasher, and a TV, as well as window blinds, a fireplace, a terrace, or photovoltaic panels.
