§ 1 General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") define the rules for the operation and use of the website craft-house.eu. Every User of the craft-house.eu website is obliged to observe the provisions of these Terms.

The scope of the Terms covers the rules for the sale of goods offered by craft-house.eu.

The online store craft-house.eu sells modular houses, mobile homes, and additional complementary accessories within Europe, excluding the following countries: the Russian Federation, Ukraine, Turkey, and Kazakhstan.

§ 2 Definitions

Terms – this document together with all attachments and addenda thereto, which explicitly refer to it and constitute its integral part.

Store – the online store operated by the Seller at the internet address craft-house.eu.

Administrator of the craft-house.eu online store – the entity managing and operating the online store, which is the company Vegas Solutions.

Consumer – a natural person concluding a Sales Agreement with the Seller not directly related to their business or professional activity.

Sales Agreement or Agreement – A Sales Agreement for Goods, pursuant to which the User acquires a modular house, a mobile home, or a selected accessory.

The Customer may communicate with the Seller using the addresses and telephone numbers provided in this paragraph.

The Customer may communicate with the Seller by telephone between 08:00 – 16:00 from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and other statutory non-working days.
§ 4 Technical Requirements

To use the Store, including browsing the Store's assortment and placing orders for Products, the following are necessary:

An end device with Internet access and a web browser such as Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, in the most current version possible.

An active e-mail account.

Enabled cookies support.

Enabled JavaScript support.

§ 5 Sale of Products

To purchase Goods offered in the craft-house.eu online store, an offer must be submitted.

An offer ("Order") can be submitted: by phone, by e-mail, or via the contact form on the website craft-house.eu.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Seller shall not be liable for disruptions, including interruptions in the functioning of the Store caused by force majeure, unauthorized actions of third parties, or incompatibility of the Online Store with the Customer's technical infrastructure specified in § 4 of these Terms.

Prices given in the Store are quoted in the currencies: PLN, EUR, and SEK and are gross prices (including VAT).

The final amount to be paid by the Customer consists of the price for the Product and the delivery cost, which is priced individually depending on the destination location.

The lead time for a single order is up to 90 days. This period may be extended, of which the Customer is informed on an ongoing basis. In the case of an order consisting of several houses, the completion date is determined individually.
§ 6 Payments

Payment may be made in the form of prepayment by bank transfer to the bank account indicated by the Seller, as well as in the form of cash payment.

The Administrator reserves the right to charge a deposit based on a previously issued invoice. The obligation to pay the deposit and its amount will be presented to the User during the ordering process.
§ 7 Delivery

The Customer may propose a place of delivery.

Mobile homes and modular houses are delivered by land, via vehicles participating in road traffic.

A condition for delivery to the place indicated by the Customer is the availability of roads for vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes for mobile homes and up to 40 tonnes for modular houses.

Delivery of Goods to the Customer is payable.

The costs of delivery of Goods are indicated to the Customer in the purchasing process and added to the invoice.
§ 8 Returns and Complaints

The basis and scope of the Seller's liability towards the Consumer, if the sold Goods are not in conformity with the Agreement, are defined by generally applicable laws.

The Consumer may make a complaint regarding the Goods by notifying the Seller of the finding of non-conformity of the Goods with the Agreement.

It is recommended to attach the Proof of Purchase or a copy thereof to the complained Goods.

When making a complaint, the Customer is obliged to provide:

contact details enabling the handling of the complaint procedure;

information and circumstances regarding the subject of the complaint, in particular the type and date of occurrence of the defect.

Issues of returns and complaints are defined under Polish law. Modular houses and mobile homes exceeding the standard design, containing elements adapted to the individual requirements of the Customer, are not subject to return.

§ 9 Personal Data in the Online Store

The Controller of Customers' personal data collected via the Online Store is the Seller.

Customers' personal data collected by the Administrator via the Online Store is collected for the purpose of executing the Sales Agreement, and if the Customer consents to it – also for marketing purposes. Recipients of personal data of Customers of the Online Store may be:

In the case of a Customer who uses the postal or courier delivery method (Accessories) in the Online Store, the Administrator makes the collected personal data of the Customer available to the selected carrier or intermediary executing shipments at the request of the Administrator.

In the case of a Customer who uses the electronic payment or payment card method in the Online Store, the Administrator makes the collected personal data of the Customer available to the selected entity servicing the above payments in the Online Store.

The Customer has the right to access the content of their data and to correct it. Providing personal data is voluntary, although failure to provide the personal data indicated in the Terms necessary to conclude the Sales Agreement results in the inability to conclude that agreement.
§ 10 Final Provisions

The Seller reserves the right to make changes to the Terms for important reasons, that is: changes in the law, changes in payment and delivery methods – to the extent that these changes affect the implementation of the provisions of these Terms. The Seller will inform the Customer about each change at least 7 days in advance.

In matters not covered by these Terms, the generally applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular: the Civil Code; the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means; the Act on Consumer Rights, the Act on Personal Data Protection.

The Customer has the right to use out-of-court methods of dealing with complaints and pursuing claims. For this purpose, they may submit a complaint via the EU ODR online platform available at: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
